Prada seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Macau to support boutique operations, drive sales and coach staff for exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store/Boutique Manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets through active selling, staff coaching and day‑to‑day operational leadership.
  • Lead and motivate boutique sales teams, conducting regular coaching, performance reviews and on‑the‑job training to elevate client service standards and individual KPIs.
  • Drive personalised clienteling activities and CRM usage to develop and retain high‑value clientele, ensuring bespoke service consistent with Prada standards.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and boutique presentation, ensuring that product displays, windows and back‑of‑house areas meet brand directives and seasonal directives.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and receiving processes; collaborate on shrinkage prevention and adherence to loss‑prevention protocols.
  • Administer staff scheduling, labour optimisation and boutique rostering to align resource allocation with sales patterns and promotional periods.
  • Execute opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation and compliance with company policies, local regulations and health & safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail with experience in supervisory or assistant managerial roles within premium fashion or leather goods boutiques.
  • Demonstrable ability to coach and develop sales teams, with evidence of improving sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Sound commercial literacy: ability to interpret sales reports, manage KPIs and contribute to sales forecasting and stock planning conversations.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with experience in inventory management, loss prevention and POS/CRM operational processes.
  • Professional demeanour, polished client‑facing skills and commitment to delivering discreet, personalised service to an affluent clientele.
