Prada Assistant Store Manager
Prada seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Macau to support store operations, sales and team leadership at its luxury boutique.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and achieving quantitative and qualitative store targets through coaching and active selling.
- Maintain and model the brand’s corporate image, ensuring all store staff adhere to Prada’s visual, service and presentation standards.
- Manage customer relations including resolution of complaints, after‑sales service and coordination of VIP and Top client activities with the Store Manager.
- Build, motivate and develop the retail team: deliver training, share development plans and supervise Department Managers to ensure consistent performance.
- Prepare and submit store planning; analyse sales, product and staff performance reports and support the Store Manager in setting objectives and assessments.
- Oversee stockroom operations and inventory rotation, supervise stock takes and report discrepancies; optimise stockroom efficiency in collaboration with stockroom staff.
- Ensure shop windows and in‑store displays comply with company visual merchandising directions and support execution of visual standards.
- Implement and enforce internal procedures for product care and loss prevention; liaise with the Store Manager on incidents of loss or theft.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and develop retail teams in a high‑end or premium environment.
- Strong customer‑facing skills with demonstrated experience managing VIP clients and complex service issues.
- Analytical aptitude for sales reporting, inventory control and KPI monitoring.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to visual merchandising and product presentation.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and commitment to luxury service standards.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory or assistant manager role; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
