Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in defining business strategies to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
  • Make commercial recommendations to generate sales and increase productivity.
  • Coach the store team to develop action plans and exceed KPI targets, including cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company in the local market and on the sales floor.
  • Foster Omni Channel awareness and encourage the use of digital tools to improve client relationships.
  • Manage all operational activities, ensuring consistency and compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve business goals and maximize their skills.
  • Ensure an extraordinary client experience by leading by example on the sales floor.
  • Support recruitment processes and identify talents for internal development opportunities.
  • Coordinate with relevant functions to propose and support product and collection training needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze reports and develop action plans.
  • Familiarity with Omni Channel and digital tools.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Education
