Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in defining business strategies to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
- Make commercial recommendations to generate sales and increase productivity.
- Coach the store team to develop action plans and exceed KPI targets, including cross-selling and up-selling.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company in the local market and on the sales floor.
- Foster Omni Channel awareness and encourage the use of digital tools to improve client relationships.
- Manage all operational activities, ensuring consistency and compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve business goals and maximize their skills.
- Ensure an extraordinary client experience by leading by example on the sales floor.
- Support recruitment processes and identify talents for internal development opportunities.
- Coordinate with relevant functions to propose and support product and collection training needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze reports and develop action plans.
- Familiarity with Omni Channel and digital tools.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.
