Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delivering and exceeding sales targets through day-to-day leadership and coaching of the sales team.
• Drive client acquisition, retention and bespoke clienteling initiatives, ensuring a superior, personalised customer journey consistent with brand standards.
• Oversee store operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, stock integrity and loss-prevention protocols.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, training programmes and foster a high-performance, service-oriented culture.
• Implement visual merchandising directives and ensure the boutique reflects current collections, seasonal concepts and corporate presentation guidelines.
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular sales, staffing and operational reports for senior management.
• Resolve client complaints and complex service issues with diplomacy, protecting client relationships and brand reputation.
• Coordinate with regional leadership on events, launches and local marketing activations to maximise footfall and conversion.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership capability with the ability to motivate and develop a luxury retail team.
• Demonstrable track record in achieving sales targets within an aspirational fashion or luxury environment.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-management skills with a focus on personalised service.
• Excellent organizational skills with experience in inventory control and loss-prevention practices.
• Professional presentation and fluency in delivering brand-specific merchandising standards.
• Authorization to work in the United States (if applicable for the hire).
