Role & Responsibilities
- Promote brand loyalty and represent the Company by implementing all directives from the Retail Department and Store Manager
- Stay informed of fashion trends, monitor competitor activity, and communicate market intelligence to the sales team
- Reflect corporate image and ensure staff alignment with brand standards and aesthetic expectations
- Support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer welcome, service excellence, and qualitative brand standards
- Foster customer loyalty and develop solid client relationships with a client-centric mindset
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams to develop comprehensive sales strategies
- Ensure synergy between front and back office operations and maintain store image in line with corporate standards
- Support the Store Manager in building an entrepreneurial and cohesive team culture through effective communication
- Facilitate professional growth and training opportunities for staff in partnership with the Store Manager
