Pomellato seeks a Wholesale & GAISHO Assistant Manager in Tokyo to coordinate wholesale operations, manage orders, and support sales team productivity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage order placement and fulfillment processes for wholesale partners
- Coordinate shipment arrangements and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor and maintain accurate sales and financial data
- Process invoices and manage billing documentation
- Support event planning and execution for wholesale initiatives
- Foster relationships with key wholesale partners and internal stakeholders
