Pomellato — Visual Merchandising Intern in Milan. Support renderings, window schemes, guidelines and archive management for the global visual team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce renderings for bespoke customizations across the worldwide retail and wholesale network.
- Contribute to the development of visual concepts for planned window schemes and in-store installations.
- Assist in drafting and maintaining global visual merchandising guideline documents.
- Prepare rollout files and support the execution of store implementation packages.
- Manage and curate photo and digital archives, ensuring assets are organised and accessible.
- Provide administrative and back-office support to the visual merchandising team.
Qualifications
- Degree in Design or a closely related discipline.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Excellent command of Photoshop and Illustrator; strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
- Demonstrable graphic abilities and a refined aesthetic sensibility.
- Positive, proactive and organised; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Team-oriented with a professional attitude and strong work ethic.

Experience
Entry-level internship; suitable for recent graduates or final-year design students. Prior internships, academic projects or portfolio work in visual merchandising, window display or retail design will be advantageous.
Education
Degree in Design or similar discipline.
