Role & Responsibilities
- Translate global brand directives into localized trade marketing strategies and toolkits tailored to the Americas.
- Partner with wholesale leadership to develop and activate annual COOP marketing plans and negotiate in‑store visibility and merchandising.
- Lead regional clienteling and VIC engagement programs in collaboration with CRM and retail teams, including VIP events and experiential storytelling.
- Identify, develop and activate strategic brand partnerships, cultural collaborations and local activations to expand audience reach and commercial opportunity.
- Manage end‑to‑end program delivery from concept through execution and post‑activation analysis, including establishing processes, timelines and reporting frameworks.
- Oversee the regional trade marketing budget with disciplined tracking of spend, performance and ROI.
- Produce executive‑level presentations and concise narratives to align commercial partners and senior leadership.
- Serve as the primary connector between marketing, wholesale and retail stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution across trade touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, wholesale/retail marketing, brand partnerships or commercial marketing within luxury, premium consumer goods, fashion, beauty, hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven track record converting brand strategy into high‑performing trade programs and retail activations with measurable commercial outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated budget ownership, ROI measurement and program analytics.
- Exceptional project management skills with experience managing multiple markets, timelines and external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft executive‑level presentations and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field — or equivalent practical experience; MBA preferred.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.

At least 5 years of progressive experience in trade marketing, retail or commercial marketing, or brand partnerships within luxury or premium consumer sectors, with demonstrable success launching regional programs and managing wholesale relationships.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. MBA is a plus.
