Pomellato seeks Trade Marketing Intern in Milan to support global wholesale marketing initiatives and BTL asset development for the luxury jewelry maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and produce below-the-line marketing materials including packaging, leaflets, service tools, display panels, and in-store activation assets
- Manage and process requests from wholesale and BTL channels, coordinating the development and delivery of marketing collateral
- Develop and refine guidelines for countries to improve client experience tools and trade marketing visibility
- Design and execute ad hoc materials for special events, including invitations, gifts, catalogues, and promotional items
- Coordinate supplier relationships and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of all trade marketing assets
- Provide daily operational support to Regional Trade Marketing teams across international markets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Communication, Economics and Management, Luxury Management, or Marketing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English; French language skills highly valued
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational capabilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and demonstrated team-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative environment

Experience
No prior experience explicitly required; candidates with marketing, communications, or trade marketing exposure are advantaged. Familiarity with luxury brands or wholesale channels is a plus.
