Pomellato seeks a Supply Chain Specialist in Milano to optimize inventory and product availability across global retail and wholesale channels for this Kering luxury jewellery house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to improving service levels by optimizing inventory allocation and distribution to retail and wholesale locations
- Support merchandise planning and forecasting activities on permanent and carry-over products
- Generate reports, analysis and key performance indicators on central warehouse and retail inventory coverage to ensure optimal inventory levels and inform supply chain decision-making
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, merchandising, product marketing, and Retail Operations to collect quantitative and qualitative demand inputs such as trend analysis, cannibalization tracking, and event-driven forecasting
- Track and prioritize production planned deliveries to minimize out-of-stock situations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline and enhance supply chain processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Excellent interpersonal and team-working capabilities
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English and Italian
Skills
Experience
Experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management within a luxury goods or retail environment is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 27,000 per annum.
