Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients and present product details with precision and confidence.
- Achieve and proactively drive store sales targets and KPIs.
- Enhance brand recognition and client satisfaction through expert clienteling and aftercare.
- Reconcile daily sales and inventory records accurately and maintain meticulous paperwork.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and merchandising/stock management procedures.
- Ensure merchandise security and implement loss-prevention measures to avoid theft and shrinkage.
- Execute additional tasks and projects as assigned by store management or regional supervisors.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years’ experience in retail brand sales; prior experience in the luxury or jewellery sector preferred.
- High school diploma or vocational secondary school qualification.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong competency in Excel.
- Conversational spoken English for daily client interactions.
- Detail-oriented, dependable and sales-driven with strong interpersonal skills.
- Emotionally mature, team-oriented, with a professional and approachable demeanour.
- Available to start immediately is an advantage.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of direct retail sales experience representing a retail brand; candidates with prior luxury jewellery or high-end retail experience will be prioritised.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational secondary school qualification preferred.
