Pomellato Store Manager in Wuhan — lead boutique operations, clienteling and team performance for the luxury jewellery house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations and deliver full P&L accountability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience through high-level clienteling, personalised service and CRM-driven activities.
- Recruit, coach and develop sales staff; set performance objectives and foster engagement and motivation.
- Implement and maintain brand visual merchandising standards to guarantee immaculate product presentation and boutique image.
- Plan and execute local marketing and client events in coordination with regional management to drive traffic and loyalty.
- Oversee stock management, inventory controls and loss-prevention procedures; coordinate replenishment with central teams.
- Manage scheduling, payroll adherence and administrative reporting to headquarters and regional leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations and health & safety procedures while representing brand values.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in luxury retail, preferably within high-jewellery or premium accessories.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and driving CRM/clienteling initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and retain high-performing boutique teams.
- Strong visual merchandising sensibility and experience implementing brand standards.
- Excellent organisational skills with experience in inventory and operations management.
Skills
Experience
Several years of progressive management experience in luxury retail, ideally including direct responsibility for a boutique or flagship store and demonstrable success in achieving sales, CRM and team development objectives. Prior experience in jewellery retail is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred; vocational training in luxury retail or sales also acceptable.
