Pomellato seeks an experienced Store Manager for its Shanghai IFC boutique. Lead luxury jewelry retail operations and drive sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all business operations and financial performance of the assigned store location
- Drive sales growth and achievement of business objectives through effective sales strategies and CRM initiatives
- Cultivate and maintain exceptional client experiences that reflect the brand's luxury heritage
- Manage and develop store staff, promoting engagement, motivation, and professional development
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and immaculate product displays in accordance with brand guidelines
- Manage store operational procedures to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
- Represent Pomellato brand values and corporate identity to all stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships between clients and sales teams to support revenue growth
- Monitor inventory, merchandising, and supply chain coordination
- Implement and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail store management
- Strong understanding of high-end client service and luxury brand positioning
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and achieve business targets
- Experience with CRM systems and client relationship management
- Leadership experience with proven ability to motivate and develop teams
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive store management experience in luxury retail or high-end consumer goods, with demonstrated success in driving sales performance and managing multi-functional teams.
Education
Secondary education minimum; tertiary education in business administration, retail management, or related field preferred.
