Pomellato Store Manager position in Chengdu, China. Lead luxury jewelry retail operations, manage sales teams, and drive customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of store business operations and performance to achieve revenue targets and strategic goals
- Create and execute effective sales strategies while maintaining exemplary CRM practices to enhance customer relationships
- Manage, coach, and develop sales team members to foster engagement, motivation, and professional growth
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and product displays align with brand guidelines and maintain store presentation excellence
- Implement and monitor operational procedures to ensure efficient and compliant store functioning
- Serve as the primary brand ambassador, embodying company values and delivering a distinctive customer experience
Qualifications
