The role involves maximizing sales performance, delivering luxury customer service, and supporting boutique operations. Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales performance and achieve assigned boutique team targets and KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional luxury customer service, fostering customer relationships and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolution for both customers and the company.
- Support boutique operations, maintaining top-quality standards in all aspects.
- Adhere to company compliance, conducting regular stock checks and assisting in annual stock takes.
