Role & Responsibilities
- Support merchandising analysis and reporting on global sell-in and sell-out performance
- Monitor new collection performance and track sales trends while supporting collection and consolidation of market feedback
- Prepare business presentations and internal reports
- Maintain and update key merchandising tools and files, including assortment matrices and sales dashboards
- Monitor inventory levels and identify actions to improve stock availability and balance across the network
- Support the Global Merchandising Manager in day-to-day operational activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Retail, Wholesale, CRM, and Planning to ensure alignment and data accuracy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn
- Well-organized with strong time management skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Italian

Previous internship or experience in a merchandising or analytical role is preferred.
Education
Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
