Role & Responsibilities
- Advise customers throughout the entire buying journey, from product discovery and collection presentation to returns and exchanges management
- Present Pomellato collections in accordance with brand standards and guidelines
- Provide detailed guidance on product characteristics, styles, and current trends
- Actively contribute to achieving established sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
- Represent the brand values consistently through professional conduct and client interactions
- Support store management activities and operational procedures

Skills
Experience
