Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Pomellato brand to clients and serve as its visible face in the retail environment
- Guide clients through every stage of the buying journey with expertise and personalized attention
- Present the jewelry collection using established brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Advise customers on product styles, characteristics, craftsmanship, and current design trends
- Contribute to achieving assigned sales targets while maintaining service excellence
- Enhance overall customer satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships
- Support store management activities and uphold company values in all interactions
