Pomellato Sales Associate position in Nagoya, Japan. Luxury jewelry retail role at Mitsukoshi department store focused on client advisory and sales excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique sales and KPI attainment through personalized customer consultation and product recommendations
  • Identify and fulfill customer needs by presenting the Pomellato collection according to brand standards and product characteristics
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through CRM database utilization and strategic customer outreach
  • Manage after-sales service requests, product repairs, and customer inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Support boutique operations including visual merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to grooming and presentation guidelines
  • Collaborate with department store staff and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and store goal achievement
  • Participate in boutique events, pop-up activations, and seasonal sales promotions to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Maintain compliance with company guidelines and brand standards in all client-facing activities

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in luxury retail or high-end sales environments
  • Strong understanding of jewelry products, materials, and craftsmanship
  • Excellent customer service orientation with ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Proven sales ability with track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Fluency in Japanese; English language ability is advantageous
