Pomellato Sales Associate position in Nagoya, Japan. Client-focused luxury jewelry sales role with CRM and after-care responsibilities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique sales and revenue targets through personalized client consultation and product recommendations
  • Conduct customer needs assessment and present curated collections aligned with individual preferences and brand positioning
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through CRM database management and follow-up engagement
  • Process repair requests and coordinate after-sales service to enhance long-term customer satisfaction
  • Support store events and promotional activities to maximize sales and brand visibility
  • Maintain strict adherence to company grooming guidelines, service standards, and internal protocols
  • Execute assigned boutique operational duties and ensure compliance with brand presentation standards
  • Foster seamless internal and cross-departmental communication with boutique team and department store partners

Qualifications
