Pomellato Sales Associate position at Palacio de Hierro Monterrey. Drive luxury jewelry sales and deliver exceptional client service in a flagship boutique environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales by showcasing and selling Pomellato jewelry merchandise
- Meet and exceed personal and store-level sales objectives established by management
- Deliver exceptional customer service through welcoming greeting protocols, product knowledge, and attentive assistance to every client
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective clienteling practices
- Maintain comprehensive product and merchandise information and stay current with inventory updates
- Execute sales transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling and point-of-sale procedures
- Assist with floor moves, merchandise displays, visual marketing, and window maintenance
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and jewelry display standards in accordance with company protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and participate in stock management activities
- Report any loss prevention concerns or suspected theft immediately to management
- Receive and process merchandise deliveries, including lifting and storage of boxes and supplies
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices
- Communicate client requests and feedback to store management
Qualifications
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong initiative
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Preferred: previous retail experience
