Pomellato Sales Associate in Hong Kong – luxury jewelry retail role requiring 4+ years frontline experience and fluency in English, Putonghua, and Cantonese.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide the highest level of customer service and professional attention to all clients
  • Manage and develop a personal client book to cultivate lasting relationships
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure issues are resolved to mutual satisfaction
  • Conduct regular stock checks and assist with annual stock takes
