Role & Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and proactively identify customer needs throughout the buying journey to ensure an excellent, personalised service.
- Act as a visible Brand Ambassador, presenting collections in line with brand standards and communicating the maison’s values and product story.
- Drive sales performance by converting client interactions into transactions and contributing to store targets and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain a network of clients, including VIPs, through active prospecting, follow‑up and clienteling.
- Provide expert advice on product characteristics, styling and trends specific to jewellery, and maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge.
- Execute day‑to‑day administrative tasks using MS Office and Outlook, including client records, appointment scheduling and sales reporting.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure a polished store environment and a consistent luxury customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a client advisory or sales role within a luxury, high‑service retail environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, with the ability to communicate confidently with an international clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation and networking abilities.
- Customer‑oriented mindset, high integrity and an entrepreneurial attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook for sales administration and client management.
