Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients and present product features and craftsmanship with clarity and confidence.
  • Achieve and consistently strive to exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
  • Cultivate and reinforce client awareness and loyalty to the brand through proactive relationship-building and follow-up.
  • Accurately reconcile daily sales and inventory records; maintain precise paperwork and POS entries.

  • Maintain stock security and implement loss-prevention measures to minimise theft and shrinkage.
  • Perform additional tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned by store management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of frontline retail sales experience; experience in the luxury or jewellery sector preferred.
  • High school diploma or vocational/technical secondary-school certificate.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with demonstrable skill in Excel.
  • Conversational spoken English for daily client interactions.
  • Professional, attentive and sales-driven demeanour; strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Emotionally stable, personable, optimistic and able to begin work immediately (preferred).
