Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed product information and exceptional service to customers.
  • Achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Enhance brand awareness and customer satisfaction.
  • Meticulously verify daily sales and inventory records.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding merchandise management.
  • Ensure product security to prevent theft and losses.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail brand sales experience, with a preference for luxury industry experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to communicate in conversational English.

Skills

Attention to detail and strong sales capabilities. Mature, approachable, emotionally stable, with a sense of responsibility and teamwork. Optimistic and cheerful demeanor. Immediate availability preferred.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury sector.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
