DoDo (Kering) seeks a Client Advisor in Hamburg for a fixed‑term, full‑time role delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a passionate brand ambassador, delivering differentiated, authentic client experiences that reflect DoDo’s values and storytelling.
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients through personalised clienteling and proactive CRM usage to drive loyalty and repeat sales.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by managing the sales cycle, tracking KPIs and using business applications to monitor performance.
- Maintain product presentation, stock integrity and boutique standards—ensuring a polished, secure and orderly front and back of house.
- Communicate product history and storytelling to customers, advising on styling and product care to elevate the purchase experience.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating on daily operations, merchandising, and boutique initiatives; remain informed on market and competitor trends.
- Adhere to company grooming and behavioural standards, and adapt to store rotations and changing business needs.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable passion for the DoDo brand and jewellery; strong product sensitivity and up‑to‑date knowledge of fashion and market trends.
- Fluent spoken and written German and English; additional languages considered an asset.
- Proven commercial mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets and working with KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, empathy, curiosity and the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.
- Flexibility to work store rotations and handle the pressure of a busy retail environment; openness to feedback and clear communication with managers.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail sales, preferably within luxury jewellery or premium fashion, with demonstrable clienteling and KPI achievement.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational training or degree in fashion, retail, business or a related field is advantageous.
