DODO (Pomellato) seeks a Part-time Client Advisor in Düsseldorf — deliver personalised luxury service and grow client relationships (20h/week).

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a passionate brand ambassador, communicating DODO’s values and product narratives in every client interaction.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences that convert and cultivate long-term client loyalty.
- Utilise CRM and clienteling tools to manage client files, track CRM KPIs and execute targeted follow-up activities.
- Work towards individual and team sales objectives, engaging with KPIs and relevant business applications to monitor performance.
- Maintain merchandising, stock presentation and back‑office organisation to brand visual and safety standards.
- Support a positive boutique environment through teamwork, participation in store activities and proactive knowledge‑sharing.
- Stay informed on product launches, market trends and competitor activity to enrich client conversations and sales approaches.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable passion for the DODO brand and jewellery or luxury retail.
- Commercial mindset with curiosity, empathy and agility in client engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively within a boutique team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, and resilience during busy trading periods.
- Strong product sensitivity, market and trend awareness, and aptitude for storytelling.
- Openness to feedback and clear, direct communication with peers and management.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury sales experience is required; ideally at least one year in jewellery, watches or premium fashion where clientelling and KPI-driven sales were core responsibilities.
Education
Secondary education completion; vocational training or certification in retail, sales or luxury goods is advantageous.
