Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management for jewelry and packaging, including biannual inventory checks across all Pomellato Japan locations.
- Collect, analyze, and report inventory data to the Operations Senior Manager and Finance department.
- Manage logistics and repair coordination by liaising with outsourcing warehouses and repair vendors.
- Coordinate international and domestic shipping, including customs clearance and furniture imports for store openings.
- Supervise quality control processes and manage vendor contracts and related invoices.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other relevant systems.
- Act as a communication liaison for store staff regarding shipments, repairs, and operational issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain coordination, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proficiency in business-level Japanese and English; Italian is a plus.
