Role & Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including commercial, service, real estate, marketing, PR, communication, IT, and technology agreements.
- Support the Compliance Officer in implementing and monitoring the compliance program, managing the whistleblowing system, and overseeing the 231 Organizational Model.
- Collaborate with the Privacy Coordinator to ensure GDPR compliance and adherence to internal data protection policies.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of legal experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel.
- Strong background in contract drafting and negotiation.
- Solid knowledge of compliance and privacy regulations.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of French is considered a plus.
- Precision, proactivity, and strong business orientation.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
Experience
At least 5 years of legal experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel.
