Pomellato seeks a Jewelry Consultant for its Seoul boutique within Hyundai Department Store. Drive luxury sales and build client relationships for the iconic Italian fine jewelry brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage boutique operations and maintain a premium retail environment
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly targets and key performance indicators
  • Conduct consultative client interactions, demonstrating deep product knowledge and communicating the Pomellato brand narrative
  • Adhere to established sales procedures and protocols to maximize revenue generation
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building loyal clientele through personalized attention and follow-up
  • Maintain market awareness and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategy

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry, preferably with a global luxury brand
  • Demonstrated excellence in sales communication and customer engagement
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset
  • Experience in high jewelry, cosmetics, ready-to-wear, or luxury footwear is advantageous

Experience
