Pomellato HR Generalist Intern in Milano – Support talent acquisition and HR operations for a luxury fine jewellery brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure smooth integration into company culture and processes
- Contribute to the development and documentation of HR processes across the EMEA region
- Collect and analyze feedback from retail teams related to training, workforce planning, and attendance
- Manage administrative tasks related to HR operations and employee documentation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
