Pomellato, a renowned Milanese fine jewellery house established in 1967 and part of the Kering luxury group, seeks an HR Generalist Intern to support its Human Resources department in Milan. The role encompasses talent acquisition, people management, and HR administration for the Sales and Retail EMEA areas, providing the successful candidate with hands-on experience in a prestigious luxury environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure smooth integration into company culture and processes
- Contribute to the development and documentation of HR processes across the EMEA region
- Collect and analyze feedback from retail teams related to training, workforce planning, and attendance
- Manage administrative tasks related to HR operations and employee documentation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluent in Italian and English
