Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement strategic commercial initiatives across the retail channel
- Supervise the store network to maximize operational efficiency and achieve sales targets
- Analyse key performance indicators to drive achievement of commercial goals
- Develop the retail business while ensuring consistency with brand positioning
- Oversee implementation of retail strategies across multiple locations

- Proven experience leading regional or multi-store retail operations in luxury goods
