Pomellato (DoDo) seeks Head of Marketing in Milan to lead global brand, retail marketing and CRM for the DoDo jewelry maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the multi-year global marketing roadmap to grow brand awareness, desirability and commercial performance across channels.
  • Safeguard and evolve the brand identity to ensure consistent, premium positioning while translating brand stories into 360° campaigns (digital, OOH, PR, in-store).
  • Own retail marketing strategy and programmes to increase boutique footfall, conversion and client lifetime value through clienteling, CRM and in-store activations.
  • Develop bespoke partner marketing toolkits and trade collateral that preserve brand equity with wholesale and department store partners.
  • Adapt global campaigns for local market relevance in priority expansion regions (US, Asia, Middle East) and identify market-specific cultural drivers for jewelry.
  • Lead, mentor and scale a cross-functional marketing team (PR, Digital, Creative, Trade) and collaborate closely with Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations.
  • Manage the global marketing budget with rigorous allocation, media planning and ROI measurement to maximise commercial impact.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role within Luxury, Fashion or Fine Jewelry.
  • Demonstrable track record of driving retail sales growth through creative, retail-first marketing initiatives and clienteling programmes.
  • Strong analytical capability to convert market, CRM and commercial data into actionable creative briefs and media plans.
  • Proven experience managing global budgets and delivering measurable ROI on multi-channel campaigns.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages advantageous.
