Pomellato in Milan seeks a Go-To Market Coordinator to manage 360° marketing plans across DOS, franchising and wholesale channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 360° marketing plans for Italy across Directly Operated Stores (DOS), franchising (FHS) and wholesale (WHS) channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and overall communication strategy.
- Design and execute channel-specific activations, prioritizing retail (DOS and FHS) while delivering strategic support and customised initiatives for wholesale partners.
- Brief, coordinate and manage events from concept through implementation, creating modular formats adapted to each distribution type and overseeing in-store logistics.
- Act as the primary interface with wholesale clients: negotiate and implement tailored marketing programs to maximise partner engagement and ROI.
- Allocate and monitor marketing budgets across channels, maintain spending controls and report on financial performance.
- Produce strategic presentations and campaign proposals for internal stakeholders using PowerPoint; present campaign results and insights.
- Execute operational procurement tasks including creation of Purchase Requisitions, supplier onboarding/registration and coordination of shipments to clients and suppliers.
- Monitor, analyse and report campaign KPIs using advanced Excel to inform optimisation and data-driven decision making.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with Brand Image, Digital & Media, Commercial, Procurement and Administration teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
- Support Area Managers on day-to-day activities including new store openings, project presentations and local marketing initiatives while safeguarding brand consistency across touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in trade marketing, retail marketing or channel marketing within luxury, fashion or jewellery environments.
- Proven capability managing integrated marketing activities across multiple distribution channels (DOS, franchising and wholesale) and tailoring strategies to channel-specific needs.
- Demonstrable experience briefing and running retail events, partner activations and point-of-sale campaigns.
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency for budgeting, KPI tracking and performance analysis; strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations.
- Excellent organisational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills; hands-on execution mindset combined with strategic commercial thinking.
- Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken); additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum five years of progressive experience in trade, retail or channel marketing within the luxury, fashion or jewellery sectors, including hands-on management of retail activations and wholesale partnerships.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred; postgraduate qualification or specialised marketing training is a plus.
