Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 6 controllers and oversee functional reporting with local controllers.
- Supervise consolidated reporting, including Sales, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements for monthly and year-end closing.
- Oversee budget and forecast processes.
- Coordinate performance analysis for brand management and shareholders.
- Develop business plans, monitor stock levels, and identify cost-saving and cash flow optimization strategies.
- Interface with external, internal, and tax auditors.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Finance or Economics.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in international companies.
- Comprehensive expertise in financial controlling, including balance sheet management and cash flow analysis.
- Previous experience in the retail sector.

Experience
A minimum of 10 years in financial controlling roles within international companies, with a focus on retail.
Education
Master’s Degree in Finance or Economics.
