DoDo seeks a Financial Controlling Intern in Milan to support monthly closing, budgeting, and KPI monitoring within the Kering Group luxury jewellery brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the monthly closing process by reviewing financial results and performing cost variance analyses against budget and prior year figures
- Support the preparation and coordination of budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate tracking and control of actual spending
- Monitor key Retail KPIs to provide actionable insights to the business
- Assist with store inventory control activities, including periodic stock takes and reconciliations
- Analyze financial and operational data, preparing ad hoc reports and presentation materials
Qualifications
- Master's degree in finance or finance controlling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and Italian

Experience
Background in finance or accounting studies at master's level; exposure to financial reporting and analytical work is beneficial.
