Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly closing cycle and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and maintain rolling financial plans
- Perform sales and cost variance analyses versus budget and prior-year figures
- Conduct profitability analyses for business development initiatives across retail and wholesale channels
- Oversee international pricing management and assess pricing-related profitability impacts
- Monitor KPIs and support ongoing performance tracking and management reporting
- Prepare ad hoc analyses, reports and presentations for the company and Group CFO
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align finance with commercial and operational teams
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' professional experience in a controlling team or in an audit firm
- Experience in retail controlling for luxury or premium brands is highly desirable
- Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline
- High accuracy and adherence to deadlines
- Strong collaborative mindset with excellent analytical capabilities
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with resilience under pressure
- Full professional fluency in English (read, spoken and written)
Skills
Experience
At least five years of experience in financial controlling or audit; prior exposure to retail controlling within luxury brands is strongly preferred.
Education
Degree in Business Administration, Management or a similar field.
