Role & Responsibilities

• Lead full month-end and year-end close processes for U.S. and Mexico operations, ensuring strict compliance with IFRS and Group accounting policies
• Deliver comprehensive P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting with detailed narrative analysis of variances against budget and prior year figures
• Own the submission of financial data into Hyperion/Oracle HFM within Group-mandated deadlines, maintaining data quality and completeness
• Coordinate annual budget cycles and periodic reforecast activities across the perimeter, ensuring alignment with Group timelines
• Function as the primary interface with Shared Services partners, ensuring quality and timeliness of information flows while establishing collaborative relationships
• Serve as key liaison between Group headquarters in Italy, the Americas Finance team in the U.S., and local market leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in Financial Controlling or Accounting within multinational environments, demonstrating clear exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency perimeters
• Demonstrated experience working with Shared Service Centre models where transactional accounting is managed by third-party or centralized functions
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and financial modelling
• Working knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) / Oracle EPM required
• Solid understanding of IFRS, with knowledge of local GAAP for U.S. and Mexico preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Italian and English at native or full professional proficiency level

Experience

Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in Financial Controlling or Accounting within multinational environments, with demonstrated exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency perimeters and Shared Service Centre models. Experience in luxury retail, consumer goods, or complex, deadline-driven Group environments is strongly preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

The base compensation for this position is EUR 42,000 per annum.
