Pomellato Events Intern in Milano, Italy. Support institutional events and brand activations across international markets for the luxury jewelry house.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating creative agencies from the briefing phase through project development and execution
  • Coordinate suppliers and manage production processes linked to events
  • Support the Event Team on institutional and brand event requests
  • Manage event inventory, coordinate logistics, and track inventory availability
  • Monitor and track event-related costs, invoices, and budget accountability
  • Support the Commercial team (Retail & Wholesale) in organizing events across Italian and international markets according to marketing plans and annual objectives
  • Coordinate PR events and manage mailing lists

Qualifications

  • Master's degree, preferably in economics, communications, or foreign languages
  • Previous professional experience in a similar events or coordination role is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and budget management capabilities
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken); additional languages highly valued
