Pomellato Events Intern in Milano: support brand event coordination, budget management, and PR initiatives within luxury fine jewellery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating creative agencies from briefing through project development and execution
- Coordinate suppliers and production processes for all event deliverables
- Support the Events Team on institutional and brand event requests aligned with marketing strategy
- Manage event inventory, track logistics, and oversee physical assets
- Track event costs and invoices to maintain budget accountability
- Collaborate with Retail and Wholesale Commercial teams to organize events in Italian and international markets
- Coordinate public relations events and maintain mailing lists for stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
- Master's degree, preferably in Economics, Communications, or Foreign Languages
- Proven professional experience in event coordination or similar role highly preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages strongly appreciated
Skills
Experience
Professional experience in events coordination, marketing communications, or public relations roles is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams including creative agencies, suppliers, and commercial departments.
Education
Master's degree in Economics, Communications, Foreign Languages, or related discipline.
