Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operational tasks related to the management of the brand's website.
- Oversee the online product catalogue.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and updates to site content.
- Monitor transactions, returns, and online inventory.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Track website KPIs and utilize data-driven insights to provide actionable recommendations.
- Monitor industry innovations, analyze competition, and share best practices.
- Support stock and sales reconciliation.
- Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

- Previous experience in e-commerce.
