Pomellato seeks CRM Campaign Specialist in Milan to manage global customer engagement campaigns and clienteling initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and manage the global CRM and Clienteling calendar in alignment with commercial calendars, product launches, retail priorities, and brand campaigns
- Manage end-to-end creation and execution of personalized 1:1 drive-to-store campaigns and Clienteling tools including gift guides, invites, and digital cards
- Execute full CRM campaigns including newsletters and automated customer journeys, coordinating production workflow with external agencies and overseeing copywriting and translations for local markets
- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance during testing phase including rendering, links, and tracking validation prior to deployment
- Adapt campaign content for regional markets, collaborating with local teams to ensure language, product relevance, and cultural alignment
- Monitor campaign deliverability metrics in real-time including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, identifying optimization opportunities
- Consolidate cross-regional campaign results and present data-driven insights to internal stakeholders with recommendations for improvement
- Lead continuous optimization of newsletters through structured A/B testing to drive progressive improvement in engagement and conversion metrics
- Ensure newsletters integrate seamlessly into broader customer journeys supporting lifecycle automation, cross-selling, retention, and reactivation strategies
- Collect CRM and Clienteling requirements from regional teams, share best practices across markets, and maintain alignment with global brand direction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in CRM, campaign management, digital marketing, or clienteling roles
- Strong understanding of multichannel communication strategies and campaign execution tools with related KPI frameworks
- Proven ability to manage and collaborate effectively with external agencies and cross-functional internal teams
- Robust analytical mindset with demonstrated capacity to evaluate campaign performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Knowledge of marketing automation systems including Salesforce, customer journey mapping, and A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent project management capabilities with proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Awareness of digital trends, customer engagement best practices, and the competitive market landscape
- Fluency in both Italian and English (required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (preferred)
