Pomellato seeks a CRM Assistant Manager, APAC based in Hong Kong to lead retail clienteling, CRM operations and segmentation across APAC.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive retail clienteling by equipping stores with actionable CRM insights, contact strategies, segmentation and targeted outreach plans; co-design VIP and dormant reactivation programs with Store Managers.
  • Localize and implement global CRM strategies into APAC retail action plans while maintaining brand consistency across markets.
  • Oversee day-to-day CRM system usage and data quality: administer audits, cleansing routines and operational governance; coordinate with HQ on system enhancements and releases.
  • Develop behaviour and lifecycle segments; deliver targeted lists for store outreach and campaigns; analyse retention, repurchase and cross-category performance and translate findings into retail actions.
  • Support personalised client journeys including pre-visit planning, follow-ups and milestone communications to enhance VIP/VIC engagement and client satisfaction.
  • Operationalise marketing campaigns into CRM-activated workflows: manage email, SMS and automation execution and measure impact on traffic, conversion and client development.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Retail, Visual Merchandising and Operations on omnichannel initiatives and digital selling; represent CRM in cross-market projects.
  • Design and deliver CRM/clienteling training, onboarding and best-practice sharing for store teams and market stakeholders.
  • Define, track and report on CRM KPIs (capture rate, data completeness, outreach, reactivation, retention); present recommendations and drive remediation actions.
  • Plan, execute and evaluate in-store activations, ensuring pre-outreach and post-event follow-up aligned to global guidelines and local requirements.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years' hands-on experience in CRM, clienteling or CRM-driven marketing within luxury, retail or premium lifestyle brands; APAC market exposure preferred.
  • Proven operational experience with CRM platforms and clienteling tools and a disciplined approach to data hygiene and governance.
  • Strong expertise in segmentation, lifecycle marketing and retail analytics with demonstrated ability to convert insights into store-level actions.
  • Proven ability to partner with Retail leadership; experienced trainer/coach who can upskill store teams and build adoption.
  • Track record in project management, stakeholder alignment and KPI ownership across multi-market environments.
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates with APAC language skills are advantageous.

Experience
