Pomellato CRM & Clienteling Intern
DoDo (Kering) in Milan seeks a CRM & Clienteling Intern to support Salesforce-based clienteling, CRM analytics and campaign operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support regular monitoring and reporting of CRM KPIs, segmentation performance and clienteling activity to inform commercial decisions.
- Consolidate weekly and monthly CRM reports and extract actionable insights for key markets and stakeholders.
- Assist analysis of campaign results and contribute to post-campaign takeaways and recommendations.
- Coordinate the one-to-one / one-to-many (O2O/O2M) calendar, ensuring timely preparation, alignment and delivery of communication materials.
- Liaise with external agencies and suppliers for asset delivery, layout checks, translations and approval workflows.
- Build brand-aligned presentations and transform quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear visual storytelling for internal meetings and management updates.
- Support daily management of the Salesforce clienteling app: perform data checks, contact updates, asset uploads/validation and monitor clienteling KPIs.
- Collect store feedback on the Salesforce clienteling app, facilitate adoption across retail teams and help troubleshoot operational issues with internal and external partners.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Economics, Communication or a related field (curricular internship).
- Previous professional experience or internships in luxury jewellery, accessories, retail or related environments preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Passion for luxury, exceptional client experience and data-driven engagement.
- Good written and spoken English.

Experience
Currently studying toward a bachelor’s degree; internships or prior experience in luxury jewellery/accessories or retail operations are desirable. Practical exposure to CRM platforms (Salesforce) and campaign analytics is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled undergraduate student in Marketing, Economics, Communication or related field (curricular internship required).
