Pomellato Commercial Operations Manager
Pomellato seeks a Commercial Operations Manager in Mexico City to manage retail and wholesale operations, inventory, ERP and logistics.

Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily product availability and inventory levels for Mexico boutiques; coordinate inter‑store transfers to optimise stock distribution.
- Enter and manage retail and wholesale orders in the ERP; provide first‑line support for POS and CRM issues at boutique level.
- Manage product repair workflow: intake review, quality control, cost validation and approval, and coordination with local repair labs.
- Act as the principal operational liaison between Regional HQ, shipping brokers, Finance, boutique teams and external vendors.
- Support monthly inventory counts, Return‑to‑Vendor (RTV) processing and the preparation of sales and sell‑out reporting.
- Coordinate store repairs and maintenance requests, vendor access, and on‑site logistics for boutique events and marketing material replenishment.
- Deliver customer service to wholesale partners across Mexico and LATAM: respond to availability requests, enter orders, track sell‑through and assist with invoicing and documentation.
- Perform regular sales performance analysis to monitor progress toward monthly targets and support annual incentive programme administration.
Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated excellence in internal and external customer service and stakeholder management.
- Highly organised, proactive self‑starter able to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Strong problem‑solving orientation with attention to operational detail.
- Previous exposure to ERP systems and retail platforms (experience with Cegid is preferred).
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in retail operations, wholesale administration or logistics within luxury goods or fashion; demonstrable experience managing ERP order flows, inventory and cross‑functional coordination is expected.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
