Pomellato Client Advisor position in Venice, Italy. Deliver luxury jewelry sales and client relations reporting to the Boutique Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage client relations and identify customer needs to ensure excellent, professional service
- Act as a brand ambassador, communicating Pomellato's values, design philosophy, and commitment to responsible practices
- Develop and recruit new clients through proactive engagement and relationship-building
- Maximize sales while maintaining high ethical standards and professional integrity
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients
- Support the Boutique Manager in achieving boutique sales objectives and performance targets
