DoDo Client Advisor position in Rome—full-time luxury retail role embodying brand values and driving sales through exceptional customer experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate passion and expertise as a DoDo brand ambassador during every client interaction, embodying the brand's heritage and commitment to sustainability and inclusivity
  • Master the brand's product range and develop in-depth knowledge to effectively communicate product features, storytelling, and emotional value to diverse clientele
  • Maintain products in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner across all store areas, ensuring the boutique environment reflects brand standards
  • Contribute actively to teamwork and boutique operations, participating in all activities that drive achievement of store goals and smooth daily functioning
  • Drive individual and team sales results through accountability to KPIs and effective use of business applications and CRM systems
  • Maintain a positive work environment through collaborative engagement and professional conduct aligned with company standards
  • Stay current with fashion trends and competitor offerings to provide informed counsel to clients
  • Adhere to company grooming standards and behavioral policies that reflect the DoDo brand image
  • Cultivate and develop long-term customer relationships through personalized approaches, leveraging CRM and clientelling tools to promote brand loyalty
  • Support customers throughout the purchase journey for all DoDo products, enhancing product knowledge and brand storytelling
  • Welcome every customer and deliver exceptional service by mastering the brand's history, heritage, and values

Qualifications
