Pomellato Client Advisor
Pomellato (DoDo) seeks a Part-time Client Advisor in Munich — deliver exceptional client experiences, drive sales and build lasting relationships.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for DoDo, delivering an authentic and passionate representation of the brand during every client interaction.
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge and weave brand history and storytelling into the sales experience.
- Welcome customers, provide personalised service, and nurture long-term relationships to build brand loyalty.
- Use CRM and clientelling tools to manage client portfolios, track CRM KPIs and execute targeted follow-up activity.
- Drive individual and boutique sales results through disciplined use of KPIs and business applications.
- Maintain boutique standards: merchandise presentation, stock organisation, security and adherence to grooming and behavioural policies.
- Monitor market and fashion trends to inform selling activity and the boutique’s commercial approach.
- Contribute positively to team initiatives, support smooth daily operations and participate in boutique projects and events.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Commercial mindset with curiosity, empathy and agility; strong customer orientation.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base and adapt communication style accordingly.
- Availability to work rotating shifts (including weekends) as required by boutique operations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, resilience and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Product sensitivity and an informed knowledge of fashion and jewellery market trends.
- Open to feedback and able to communicate clearly with peers and managers.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1+ year of client-facing retail experience; experience in luxury jewellery or fashion retail and demonstrated ability to meet sales KPIs and use CRM/clienteling tools is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a degree in fashion, retail or luxury management is a plus.
