Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting DoDo's values and philosophy.
- Manage client relations and identify customer needs to ensure exceptional service.
- Maintain product organization and cleanliness in both front and back of house.
- Contribute to achieving boutique goals through teamwork and adherence to KPIs.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Adhere to DoDo's grooming standards and policies.
- Develop long-term customer relationships using CRM tools to promote brand loyalty.
- Support customers in product selection and enhance their knowledge of DoDo's offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury fashion or jewelry retail.
- Passion for the DoDo brand.
- Strong clienteling skills.
- Curiosity, empathy, agility, and a commercial mindset.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
