DoDo Client Advisor role in Milan. Luxury jewelry retail position with starting salary €25,000/year. Maternity cover, full-time position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody and communicate DoDo brand values and philosophy with passion during every client interaction and selling ceremony
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the DoDo product range and brand heritage to provide expertly informed product consultation and storytelling
  • Maintain boutique display areas and product inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner, both front and back of house
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by tracking KPIs and utilizing business applications to measure performance
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term customer relationships through personalized approaches, leveraging CRM and clientelling tools to promote brand loyalty
  • Welcome clients with genuine hospitality, providing tailored customer experience that reflects brand excellence and heritage
  • Stay current with fashion trends and competitive market landscape to inform client consultations
  • Participate in team activities and maintain a positive work environment that supports boutique operations and overall business goals
  • Adhere to DoDo grooming standards and company policies regarding professional appearance and conduct

Qualifications

  • Passion for the DoDo brand and luxury jewelry category
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and teamworking skills with ability to collaborate effectively with diverse colleagues
  • Proven customer-facing experience in luxury retail or hospitality sectors
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and business KPI tracking
  • Fluency in Italian; additional language proficiency is highly advantageous
  • Product sensitivity and strong awareness of contemporary fashion trends and market dynamics

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 25,000 per annum.
